Return Policy

We hope you love what you buy from Mary Frances Limited! But we do understand that sometimes things don't work out like we thought they would, especially when you order online. If you decide after trying it on that it won't work, we'll gladly return an item for store credit within 15 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds. The item must be in original condition with tags.

Unworn and Unwashed - We all prefer to buy new clothing. If it didn't work for you, it may work for someone else. So it must be in new condition. If you can tell it's not new, so will the person who actually ends up buying it for keeps.

Ready to Resell - All retail and manufacturer's tags must be on the item.

If you have a question or if something totally odd like shipping damage happened, please call us before you try to return something. We'll be glad to work with you and clear up any misunderstanding to save us all time!

Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Orders over $150 ship free. All in-stock orders ship within two business days. Once your order ships, you will receive email notification pending an email is provided. .
